Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading global real estate advisory firm that is in search of a Digital Marketing expert to join their team in New York City. They’re looking for someone with strong technical fluency who can quickly understand complex platforms (CRM, marketing automation, websites) and apply them to business goals. The ideal candidate will act as the connector between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The base pay for this position is $33 to $36 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate development team updates into stakeholder-friendly insights
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for developers
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and execution across multiple digital initiatives
  • Apply hands-on experience with CRM/email automation platforms, HTML email development, and CMS website management
  • Work within a global, matrixed organization, aligning regional execution with global frameworks and guardrails

 

Job Requirements

  •  7–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with emphasis on CRM, email marketing, and website management
  • Proficiency with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for email development and campaign execution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale web or digital projects end-to-end, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Experience managing websites through a CMS and partnering with developers/agency partners
  • Knowledge of digital compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within a global, matrixed organization, aligning regional execution with global frameworks
  • Experience in B2B2C marketing environments required
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment, able to adapt quickly to new technologies and deliver impact from day one.
