About the Opportunity
Our client, a stable and growing professional services firm located in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment, delivering proactive and hands-on administrative solutions that ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, fostering strong working relationships across the organization, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and monitoring budgets. Responsibilities include processing and managing confidential information with discretion, overseeing executive communications, and providing support on creative projects and ad hoc assignments. The Executive Assistant will be a visible, collaborative team player who contributes to a culture of excellence, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, and plan travel for senior members in the firm
- Manage appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, review mail, monitor budgets, and respond as appropriate
- Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion, including personal assistant work as needed
- Oversee and assist in email and written communications
- Participate in creative brainstorming meetings for new projects
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus (professional services experience is required)
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
- C-Suite support experience is a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
