About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable Investment Firm located in Manhattan, is looking for a highly organized and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support their CEO across business and personal matters. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and act as a key liaison across stakeholders—ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and priorities stay on track. This role will be in the office 5 days a week.
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex executive’s calendars by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including domestic and international airfare (both commercial and private), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and dining reservations
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Book personal appointments and travel as needed
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of EA/PA experience, supporting high profile executives
- Must have experience working from the executive’s office
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and hyper attention to detail
