About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Field Manager to join our client’s team in Brooklyn, specializing in Medicaid services for assisted living facilities. This role focuses on driving growth and awareness by building strong relationships with assisted living facilities, community organizations, and healthcare providers to promote Medicaid-related services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicaid programs, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven experience in healthcare marketing.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with assisted living facilities, referral sources, and community organizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicaid-related inquiries and resources
- Create and implement field marketing strategies to promote Medicaid services
- Identify new opportunities and markets to grow Medicaid service awareness
- Educate assisted living facility staff and residents about Medicaid programs, eligibility, and enrollment processes
- Advocate for residents and families by providing guidance and support in navigating Medicaid services
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and industry conferences
- Develop materials and presentations tailored to the needs of assisted living facilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and case management, to align efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related role, with knowledge of Medicaid programs
- Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships in healthcare or social services settings
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
