About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing independent medical practice in Essex County, NJ, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their hospital rounding and primary care team. This full-time role offers a highly flexible schedule with a blend of brief daily hospital rounds and remote documentation, all within a supportive and provider-focused environment.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform hospital rounds and coordinate patient care
- Complete documentation and follow-ups remotely after rounds
- Collaborate with hospital teams and outpatient providers
- Ensure continuity of care across settings
Job Requirements
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Active New Jersey license required
- Prior experience in hospital medicine or rounding strongly preferred
Job Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Weekend rotation required (1–2 weekends per month)
