About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established investment firm seeking a contract Office Manager to support its North Plymouth, Minnesota office. This role sits at the center of day-to-day office operations and executive support, partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure a polished, efficient, and well-run workplace. The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities needs
- Serve as a point of contact for senior leaders and visiting executives
- Manage vendors, services, and office-related projects
- Support employee experience initiatives and general office administration
- Ensure a professional, well-organized, and efficient office environment
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Office Manager (or similar) experience; open to industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and global stakeholders
