About the Opportunity
We are partnered with an investment management firm seeking a Treasury Analyst for a fully remote consulting opportunity. This role involves managing the company’s liquidity, banking relationships, forward-looking statements, and ad hoc projects. The Treasury Consultant will be part of the Corporate Finance team, reporting to the Head of Treasury.
The base pay for this position is $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure there is sufficient liquidity
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to anticipate future funding needs
- Assist in the management of short-term and long-term investments
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate financial information
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and efficiency
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management
Requirements
- · 2-5 years of treasury experience within the financial services/technology industry
- · Understanding of GAAP reporting
- · Experience with Kyriba is required
- · Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems (i.e., PeopleSoft, Axiom) is preferred
- · Experience with Coupa is preferred
- · Degree in accounting/finance is preferred
- · CTP Designation (achieved or actively pursuing) is preferred
