About the Opportunity
We are actively looking for a highly passionate healthcare provider who is fluent in Spanish to join our client’s esteemed team in northern New Jersey. With a rich and extensive background in the field of Urology, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care, evaluating treatments, and conducting thorough examinations for individuals grappling with urological challenges. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of urological healthcare services provided.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive urological assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with urologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with urological conditions such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and urinary incontinence
- Effectively evaluating treatment and healthcare plans according to clinical standards and practice protocols, while efficiently performing delegated clinical duties
- Crafting treatment and management plans for patients and engaging them in developing preventive care strategies. Additionally, fostering collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care journeys
- Gather thorough, precise patient histories, examine medical records, conduct comprehensive physical examinations, and document all relevant information to formulate detailed medical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical treatment plans
Job Requirements
- PA or NP licensed in NJ
- Experience in Urology preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
- Spanish speaking required
