About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans per physician orders and referrals.
- Provide therapy to improve daily living skills and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
- Stay informed on safety and regulatory standards to maintain compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
