About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treatments based on physician orders/referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise COTAs according to practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
