About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role involves patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient screenings, evaluations, and treatments as appropriate.
- Developing and updating treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Documenting services accurately and timely.
- Supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
