About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Engage in patient evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized care plans.
- Provide physical therapy to restore patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Stay informed on safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
