About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations.
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
