About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves delivering rehabilitative care as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Key responsibilities include assisting patients in improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA supports patient recovery through implementing prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities, providing education on correct usage of mobility aids, and ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct specific assessments and assist in creating care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and patient education.

Job Requirements:
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
- Active state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a rehabilitative or hospital setting.
