About the Opportunity:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides comprehensive speech therapy services to patients in need of specialized care. This role assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, and communication disorders through personalized treatment plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create customized care plans for patients.
- Provide targeted therapy to address communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
