About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing specialized care and therapy to patients in need. This is a full-time contract position dedicated to assisting individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The role includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy interventions.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to coordinate and enhance patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
