About the Opportunity
Our client is a fully-integrated real estate enterprise in Manhattan that is looking to add a Director of Leasing to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leasing and marketing strategies and leading a team of leasing professionals for an assigned portfolio in NYC. The firm has been steadily growing for the last several years and boasts comprehensive benefits.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to convert phone calls into community tours and turning community tours to leases.
- Maintain great resident relations.
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets.
- Ability to sell property products to prospects.
- Accurately preparing lease-related paperwork and thorough knowledge of all included documents
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives and put together marketing materials
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leasing experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Must have experience with Class A luxury leasing
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity on a personal as well as professional levels
- Yardi experience is a huge plus
