About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious financial services firm in Manhattan seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is essential to creating a professional, well-functioning workplace and ensuring a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks in a dynamic office setting. This role sits on-site in their Manhattan office 5 days a week.
The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book meeting rooms, ensuring all spaces are prepared and equipped for high-level meetings and events
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
- Serve as the first point of contact at a prestigious and well-established private equity firm, and welcome to all clients, guests, and staff
Job Requirements
- 1-15+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Corporate reception experience is a plus
- Front-of-House hospitality experience is a plus
