About the Opportunity
Our client, a financial services firm based in Miami, Florida, is seeking a polished and organized Office Manager to support daily office operations. The Office Manager will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls and deliveries, and ensure the reception area is consistently professional and well maintained. Responsibilities also include coordinating meeting rooms for senior-level meetings, managing office supplies, supporting facilities needs such as workspace setup and maintenance, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is fully on-site five days a week, sits at the reception desk, and has high visibility within the front office.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all spaces are prepared and equipped for high-level meetings
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders as needed, and coordinate facilities-related tasks including workspace setup, maintenance requests, and vendor communications
- This person will be sitting at the reception
Job Requirements
- 4+ yrs experience working in Office Administration/Reception/Facilities
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Corporate reception/office administrator experience is a plus
- Front-of-House hospitality experience is a plus
