About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Access Assistant to support senior executives and investor-related activities. This role is essential to the smooth coordination of executive schedules and external communications in a fast-paced financial services environment.
The Corporate Access Assistant will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, and handle inbound meeting requests while resolving conflicts and prioritization issues. Responsibilities also include coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing and submitting expense reports, maintaining investor databases and CRM records, and supporting the preparation, proofreading, and formatting of investor-facing materials such as presentations and meeting briefs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining executives’ calendars, scheduling all meetings and conference calls, responding to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, resolving meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Arranging all aspects of domestic and international travel, keeping executives’ travel profiles up-to-date, managing approvals for any travel, and arranging flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Preparing and submitting all expense reports on a timely basisTrack follow-ups and maintain investor databases, contact lists, and CRM entries
- Prepare, proofread, and format investor-facing materials (presentations, meeting briefs, call scripts, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate, professional services environment
- Strong communications skills
- PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Financial Services experience is preferred
