About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious professional services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Lead Recruiter to join their dynamic team in a hybrid in-office model. This individual will play a critical role in supporting consulting talent acquisition within a fast-paced, client-focused environment, delivering strategic and hands-on recruitment solutions that drive organizational success and talent outcomes.
The Lead Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, managing full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of consulting positions and developing high-touch relationships with both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include managing intake calls, guiding the recruitment process from search strategy to offer, providing consultative market intelligence and talent research, sourcing and assessing candidates, and delivering data-driven staffing and diversity hiring plans. The Lead Recruiter will collaborate closely with both business leaders and the HR team, acting as a visible, collaborative team player who contributes to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full life cycle recruiting for consulting positions
- Manage client and candidate relationships with finesse and a high-touch approach
- Work directly with hiring managers, from intake calls to offers
- Provide consultative search and recruiting services including talent research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closing
- Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
- Partner/collaborate with the HR team
Job Requirements
- 4+years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record
- Experience working in Fintech/Tech/Finance is a plus
- Experience recruiting for sales/consulting is a plus
