About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Physical Therapist in Atlantic City, NJ. The role involves providing physical therapy services to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting physical therapy assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and education to patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
- Stay informed on the latest physical therapy research and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
