About the Opportunity:
Provide expert dermatological care, including general dermatology, cryosurgery, biopsies, excisions, and ED&C, to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a part-time contract position in an outpatient clinic setting that involves two days per week with potential for an additional day as the assignment progresses.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $175.04 to $206.86 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct dermatological assessments and provide care plans.
- Perform general dermatology procedures including cryosurgery and biopsies.
- Collaborate with support staff, including medical assistants who act as scribes.
- Monitor and document patient progress using paper charts.
- Stay informed on current dermatological practices and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Florida medical license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Board Certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience with cryosurgery preferred.
- Open to new graduates.
