About the Opportunity:
This position provides essential care for patients, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring hygiene and mobility support, and monitoring health indicators. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $14.85 to $17.55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating care plans.
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to nursing staff.
- Stay informed on patient care practices and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
