About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing essential care to patients, assisting them with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety. CNAs in this role support patients by taking vital signs, helping with mobility, and maintaining a clean environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $14.16 to $16.74 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and document changes in patient health and behavior.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort by adhering to care and sanitary standards.
- Support the healthcare team in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Job Requirements:
- CNA certification in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate attitude and strong attention to detail.
