About the Opportunity:
This full-time CNA contract position involves providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The role includes assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The position requires working every other weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $13.75 to $16.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support and assist with walking and exercises.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification.
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
