About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing specialized rehabilitation care to patients. As a part-time contract position, the RN in Rehab manages patient recovery plans and supports their journey towards improved health and independence.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $30.69 to $36.27 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide physical therapy education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on advances in rehabilitation practices and technology.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- BLS certification is required.
