About the Opportunity
Looking for a primary care role with real variety and deeper patient connections? Join our client’s growing, patient-centered primary care practice serving the Brooklyn community as a Physician in a unique hybrid role blending in-home visits with traditional clinic care. Note: the individual in this role must speak Russian.
The annual base salary range is $210,000 to $240,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an office/clinic setting, including wellness exams, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Conduct in-home patient visits (typically 2–3 days per week), delivering personalized, home-based care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
- Coordinate care with on-site specialists (urology, cardiology, gastroenterology) and ancillary services (PT, mental health, pain management)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation — scribe support available for providers who want extra help with EMR
- Build deep, long-term patient relationships through ongoing follow-up and support
Job Requirements
- MD/DO with active or eligible NY licensure
- Board certification preferred but not required (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine backgrounds welcome)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Comfort with both in-office and in-home visit formats
- Russian language skills required for this location
