About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing alternative investment firm in Manhattan seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-oriented Finance Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the high-performance culture of investment firms and can identify top-tier talent in a competitive market. This is a high-impact position where you’ll play a key role in scaling the firm’s talent footprint, strengthening their brand in the finance and investment community, and ensuring they attract professionals who share their values and long-term vision. They are currently operating on a hybrid schedule!
The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full life cycle recruiting
- Manage client and candidate relationships with finesse and a high-touch approach
- Work directly with hiring managers, from intake calls to offers
- Provide consultative search and recruiting services including talent research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closing
- Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
- Partner/collaborate with the HR team
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment
- Experience in financial services industry required
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record required
