About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing FinTech firm in Manhattan that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Benefits Specialist to support the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs across the organization. This critical role partners closely with internal HR teams, employees, and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth execution of benefits operations, from enrollments to renewals, while enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This is a hybrid role and will require reporting to their Office.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience
- Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects
- Assist with plan renewals, open enrollment processes, and related system updates
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information
- Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third-party vendors
- Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows
Job Requirements
- 2 – 5+ years of benefits experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm
- Workday experience is a plus
- Global experience is a plus
