About the Opportunity
Our client, a NYC-based health organization, is actively seeking a Clinical Analyst with a Social Work background to serve as a key liaison between their clinical teams and technology department. The primary focus of this role will be on analyzing clinical workflows, assessing the effectiveness of our healthcare systems, and implementing improvements to enhance patient care. Your license will provide valuable insights into the behavioral and social aspects of healthcare, contributing to holistic patient-centered care.
The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical staff to assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
- Lead the implementation of new clinical systems, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows and compliance with regulatory standards
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate clinical outcomes and identify trends, enabling evidence-based decision-making
- Provide training and support to clinical staff in using technology effectively to improve patient care while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and safety of patient care
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including IT specialists, clinicians, and administrators, to facilitate change management and improve care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of system changes, implementations, and outcomes to track progress and facilitate compliance
Job Requirements
- LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC required
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Proven experience in clinical systems analysis and implementation within a healthcare setting
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and privacy laws
