Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established fashion company located in Manhattan that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This pivotal role serves as the CEO’s right hand, managing a wide range of professional and personal responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and thrives in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate who enjoys being deeply involved and takes pride in staying several steps ahead. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence five days a week.

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s demanding calendar, inbox, and commitments, acting as an extension of him in communications and follow-ups
  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle personal and professional tasks, from scheduling interviews with major press outlets to ensuring meals, prescriptions, and personal obligations are seamlessly coordinated
  • Oversee household operations for the CEO’s residences, including his New York City apartment and Hamptons home (currently under renovation). Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and staff
  • Supervise and mentor junior support staff, including a junior EA, driver, and housekeeper
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared for every meeting, event, and trip, down to attire, logistics, and materials
  • Manage personal matters with the highest level of discretion, including gifts, family events, pet care, and day-to-day life administration
  • Handle ad hoc projects with precision, often shifting priorities quickly in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

 

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, UHNW individual, or family office in an EA/PA capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, detail-driven environments where priorities shift rapidly
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing or mentoring junior support staff
  • Exceptional communication and judgment; able to represent the CEO with professionalism and discretion
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and committed to staying several steps ahead
  • Comfortable with a 5-day in-office schedule in Manhattan, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs
