About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious financial services firm that is seeking a highly analytical and systems-savvy Head of HR Data Management to oversee the integrity, governance, and strategic use of HR data. This role will be responsible for leading a team focused on managing HR systems, ensuring data compliance, and delivering actionable insights that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, data governance, and regulatory reporting within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This role is based in Stamford, CT and follows a hybrid work schedule.
The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain an internal HR Wiki to centralize policies, procedures, and employee resources.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive employee database to support accurate and scalable HR reporting and analytics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and administrator for the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, user support, and system optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency
- Implement modules in Workday
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in HR operations
- Financial Services industry is required
- Highly skilled at creating and implementing a scalable process that creates efficiency and effectiveness across the HR function and broader business/team
- Must be metric and process-driven while also flexible
- The confidence to collaborate and challenge leadership and executives for the right reasons
- Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and always evolving startup environment
