Human Resources Operations Lead

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Human Resources Operations Lead to support global Human Capital and Recruiting teams in New York City. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across HR and recruiting initiatives through strong project management, process optimization, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

The Human Resources Operations Lead will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers, help design and execute high-impact talent programs, oversee HR and recruiting systems, and support data-driven decision making. This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while supporting ad-hoc initiatives as they arise. This position follows a hybrid schedule.

The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting operations and project management initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders across Recruiting and Human Capital
  • Design, document, and optimize scalable recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Own and deliver complex recruiting programs, including campus recruiting, sponsorship strategy, interviewer training, and referral initiatives
  • Oversee recruiting systems and tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling platforms), ensuring strong adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze recruiting data, produce actionable reporting, and support strategic decision-making
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
