About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious financial services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a highly polished and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support senior executives within the Investor Relations function. The ideal candidate has administrative support experience in a financial services environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling, fast-moving priorities, and executive-level communication.
This individual will play a critical role in facilitating effective interactions with senior leaders, maintaining dynamic calendars, coordinating high-volume domestic and international travel, and ensuring all logistics run seamlessly. In addition, the Coordinator will support the preparation and refinement of investor-facing materials and manage timely submission of expense reports. The role also includes personal assistant responsibilities and a variety of ad hoc projects requiring strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and the Investor Relations team in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the firm’s communication and relationship-building efforts with investors.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Effective interactions with senior executives
- Maintaining executives’ calendars, scheduling all meetings and conference calls, responding to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, resolving meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Arranging all aspects of domestic and international travel, keeping executives’ travel profiles up-to-date, managing approvals for any travel, and arranging flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Preparing and submitting all expense reports on a timely basis
- Editing and updating pitch decks
- Personal assistant duties as assigned
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of administrative experience within financial services
- Experience with handling heavy volume of complex travel coordination
- Strong communication skills
- PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Financial Services experience is a must
