About the Opportunity
Our client is a state-of-the-art financial technology platform that is in search of a Jr. Marketing Project Manager to join their Greenwich, CT team. This is an excellent temp position with great potential for extension or conversion!
The base pay for this position is $40 to $45 an hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Primary focus on Optimizely – in-depth and advanced PM and software training required
- Project oversight for all marketing business units
- Project management of cross-department projects
- Onboarding team
- Troubleshooting Issues
- Admin only tasks – building teams/inviting guests/etc
- Building out templates/workflows/forms
- SharePoint – large project pending workload/skillset of temp
- Support consolidating many marketing share point sites into one
- Marketing Monthly Reports
- Consolidate KPIs/data/information from each sub-department to build out report each month
- Print and Ship Requests
- Process print and ship requests from non-marketing employees to printing vendor
- Document library for compliance disclosures / grab n go
- Rapid response plan, in Optimizely or shared central doc
- Marketing vendor list
Job Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience
- Highly organized
- Strong project management and communication skills
