About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-known real estate developer and operator is looking to hire a Leasing Director located in Brooklyn, New York. This hire will report to the Vice president of Leasing and will be responsible for developing leasing and marketing strategies and leading a team of leasing professionals for an assigned portfolio in NYC. This role is 5 days in office and is perfect for someone who wants to be a part of a fast growing firm.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Responsibilities
- Ability to convert phone calls into community tours and turning community tours to leases
- Maintain great resident relations
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets
- Ability to sell property products to prospects
- Accurately preparing lease-related paperwork and thorough knowledge of all included documents
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives and put together marketing materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of leasing experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Must have experience with Class A luxury leasing
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity on a personal as well as professional levels
- Yardi experience is a huge plus
