About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing services firm located in Westchester County that is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of its brand and digital presence. This critical role will shape the company’s marketing roadmap, from performance-driven digital initiatives to brand storytelling, while enhancing visibility, engagement, and lead generation across channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing agency partners while building in-house marketing capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning strategy, execution, and optimization. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence five days a week.
The annual base salary range is $95,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Shape and steer the company’s overall marketing roadmap, from digital growth initiatives to brand positioning and awareness campaigns
- Lead performance marketing efforts, ensuring paid search and organic strategies deliver strong ROI and consistent lead conversion
- Translate campaign data into clear insights, using analytics to guide smarter decisions and future initiatives
- Manage agency partners while steadily expanding internal capabilities and ownership of marketing execution
- Refresh online presence by elevating website content, visuals, and user journeys in collaboration with creative resources
- Develop and maintain a suite of brand assets and messaging tailored for both the main brand and a premium-tier offering
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing experience
- Deep experience with digital channels and platforms: Google Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, automation systems, and CMS solutions
- Proven success optimizing paid campaigns and improving performance through testing and refinement
- Strong storyteller with the ability to craft clear, compelling brand and content strategies
- Data-driven problem solver who uses metrics to inform both strategy and day-to-day adjustments
