About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-regarded hedge fund based in New York City, is seeking a professional and highly organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have reception or administrative support experience, a polished communication style, and the ability to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal stakeholders.
This individual will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, processing paperwork, and assisting with routine reporting and data organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This position offers the opportunity to support a high-performance team, contribute to the efficiency of office operations, and interact with professionals across the firm in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Based on experience, the salary range is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of reception/administrative experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Financial Services experience is a huge plus
