About the Opportunity
Atlas Search is hiring an internal Operations Associate to fill a critical, foundational position within our firm’s New York City headquarters. This individual will support Recruiters in their day-to-day activities and play an essential role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process. The position combines administrative execution, candidate sourcing, and process support, with a direct and meaningful impact on the firm’s success.
For individuals interested in becoming Recruiters over time, this role offers a clear pathway for advancement. High-performing Operations Associates may participate in the firm’s Recruiter Training Program, which has a strong track record of developing top-producing recruiters in the New York City market.
The annual base salary range is $40,000 to $50,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify prospective candidates using multiple job boards, platforms, and research tools
- Build and maintain candidate profiles within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions tailored to specific roles and client needs
- Provide operational support to Recruiters, including job submissions, resume formatting and edits, and accurate ATS recordkeeping
- Track and report on recruiter activity metrics, including outreach and call volume
- Research and propose new sourcing strategies, tools, platforms, and process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
