About the Opportunity
Our client is a privately-held global industrial company that is looking for a Personal Assistant to work hybrid out of Manhattan. The ideal individual in this role will be a motivated, highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex executive calendars by scheduling, coordinating and updating meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including domestic and international airfare (both commercial and private), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and dining reservations
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Book personal appointments and travel as needed
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of EA/PA experience, supporting high-profile executives/HNWI
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and hyper-attention to detail
