About the Opportunity
Our client, a highly regarded consulting firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a polished and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a C-Suite Member. This dynamic role offers a unique hybrid schedule, combining work from the corporate office, the executive’s residence, and remote settings. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal matters with efficiency and tact. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as the executive’s right hand – managing complex calendars, arranging global travel, liaising with vendors and household staff, and ensuring seamless coordination across personal and professional priorities. This position offers direct engagement with a high-profile executive and the opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-moving organization.
The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex executive’s calendars by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including domestic and international airfare (both commercial and private), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and dining reservations
- Book personal appointments and travel as needed
- Plan events, meet with interior designers, and vendors for the home
- Liaise with international staff
- Research restaurants
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive as a Personal Assistant
- International support is preferred
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and hyper attention to detail
