About the Opportunity
Our client is specialized healthcare clinic located on Long Island that is looking for dermatologists who have great communication, leadership skills and are true believers in providing quality care to their patients! The annual base salary range is $250,000 to $350,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Responsibilities:
- Administer injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well known products
- Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a professional/clinical atmosphere
- Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients
- Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up
- Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures
- Ensure patient’s safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care
- Ensure laser safety precautions are taken and documented in the patient’s medical record
- Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
- Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the client consultations
- Ensure the safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
Requirements:
- Board Certified Plastic Surgeon / Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon / Cosmetic Surgeon / Reconstructive Surgeon
- Must have managerial leadership ability, outstanding bedside manner, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products
