About the Opportunity
Our client, a financial services firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-office operations and ensure a welcoming, well-coordinated environment for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining smooth administrative workflow, facilitating effective communication, and upholding a polished first impression for all visitors and callers. You will manage incoming phone traffic, schedule meetings, process documents, and assist with reporting and basic data analysis. As the first point of contact, you will represent the firm with professionalism, positivity, and discretion.
The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of reception/administrative experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Financial Services experience is a huge plus
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
