About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected financial services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join their fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for key technical roles, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify top talent across engineering, infrastructure, and technology. This is a high-impact position offering exposure to business-critical hiring and the opportunity to help shape recruitment strategy at a leading firm. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified and active candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize needs
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to uncover qualified candidates
- Draft job descriptions and post accordingly
- Draft and extend offers
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required & strong academic background
- Must have strong stakeholder management experience, liaising with hiring managers to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
