About the Opportunity:
The registered nurse (RN) at Sedgewood Commons delivers exceptional patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
Job Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
