About the Opportunity:
We have an urgent need for Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide therapeutic care to patients. This part-time contract position involves treating patients in two locations: three days onsite at Windsor Hampton and two days onsite at Stockton Nursing.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $36.85 to $43.55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide occupational therapy to enhance patients' daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on the latest occupational therapy practices and research.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
