About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Physical Therapist Assistant responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients. The role involves assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and their families about therapy procedures.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy sessions and assist in developing care plans.
- Provide support in executing therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on current best practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
