About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing essential rehabilitative services to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This part-time contract position requires delivering high-quality physical therapy assistance, ensuring patient safety, and enhancing patient mobility and independence.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $34.10 to $40.30 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating care plans alongside Physical Therapists.
- Providing specific types of therapy as directed by supervising Physical Therapists.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Staying informed on current research and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification.
