About the Opportunity
Our client is a progressive Fintech firm located in Manhattan, and they are looking for an External Communications Professional to join their team. The External Communications hire should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with great project management and execution skills. This individual will work closely with stakeholders and offers the chance to work in an inclusive, collaborative working environment. The role operates a 3 times per week in-office and 2 days hybrid flex. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career at an engaging firm.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of lead management strategy to meet the needs of multiple marketing campaigns and business development efforts
- Manage budget, process invoices, track media and create reporting as needed
- Maintain marketing database, including regular data review and clean-up
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication efforts.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key media and influencers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 2+ years experience working in External Communications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with a knowledge/content management platform is highly preferred
- Financial Services experience is preferred
