About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading outpatient vein treatment center in Essex County, NJ that is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care for patients with venous disorders. Their team specializes in minimally invasive procedures and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern and supportive environment. They are seeking a skilled and board-certified Vascular Surgeon, Phlebologist, or Vein Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating venous insufficiency and related conditions using advanced, minimally invasive techniques.
The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $450,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient vein procedures including: Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT), Sclerotherapy, etc
- Evaluate and manage patients with varicose veins, spider veins, and chronic venous insufficiency
- Interpret venous duplex ultrasounds and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive measures
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification in Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, or related specialty
- Fellowship training in Phlebology or significant experience in vein care preferred
- Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficiency in ultrasound-guided procedures
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
