Full-Time Podiatrist

About the Opportunity

A leading and well-established podiatric care group in the Northeast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Podiatrist to join its growing team in Monmouth County, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering comprehensive lower extremity care using the latest medical advancements and technologies.

The annual base salary range is $115,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions
  • Perform in-office procedures and surgeries as appropriate
  • Prescribe medications, orthotics, and other therapeutic devices
  • Utilize evidence-based medicine and best practices in treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Serve as an advocate for patients within the healthcare system
  • Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine and surgical techniques
  • Participate in clinical education, workshops, and peer discussions
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical standards
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Promote a culture of respect, trust, and teamwork

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in podiatric medicine (DPM)
  • Completion of an accredited residency program
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Active, unrestricted medical license
  • Minimum 3 years of post-residency experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
