About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious financial services firm that is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role calls for a polished professional who can operate with discretion, manage competing priorities, and serve as a key point of coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, anticipates needs, and brings prior experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – ideally within financial services or a similar corporate setting. This role is based in Greenwich, CT and follows a hybrid work schedule.
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, and plan travel for a C-Suite member of the firm
- Manage appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, review mail, as directed monitors budget and responds as appropriate
- Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion
- Oversee and assist in email and written communications
- Participate in creative brainstorming meetings for new projects
Job Requirements
- A degree is strongly preferred
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus
- Must have experience supporting a C-Suite member
- 8+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
